Bruschetta

Ingredients:
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 12 great bruschetta slices
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • zucchini
  • tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • Mozzarella cheese or Gouda
  • onions
  • peppers
  • Argentinian herbs, oregano, herbs de Provence For the garnish:
  • basil leaves
  • chives

Preparation:

Mix the crushed garlic with olive oil and then sprinkle the bread with it.

Next cut the mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini into slices, cut the peppers into strips and the onions into rings. Sprinkle all ingredients with herbs.

Put it all on the bruschetta slices, then preheat the oven to 180 - 200 ° C and bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.

After that, sprinkle with cheese and put back into the oven until the cheese melts.

When finished sprinkle the bruschetta with basil leaves and fresh chives and serve.

For the bruschetta slices, you can use nearly every vegetable. You also can add ham to the cheese if you like.
