Chocolate Banana Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 350 g flour
  • 320g chocolate sprinkles
  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 160 g walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150g soft butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation:

First, peel the bananas and mash with a fork, then set aside.

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve, the mix well.

In another bowl mix the eggs, mashed banana and vanilla sugar, then stir well with a hand mixer then add the butter and both sugars and work into a smooth dough.

Now add the cut walnut kernels and chocolate sprinkles to the dough.

Now use a teaspoon to place little heaps of dough on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Make sure they are not closer than 5 cm because, while baking, they will double their size.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and bake for 10 minutes.
