Chocolate muffins

Ingredients:
  • 300g butter or margarine
  • 200g sugar
  • 400g flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 2 Pack. Vanilla sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 tablespoons milk
  • 100g grated chocolate

Preparation:

Put the butter or margarine into a blender and mix until smooth. The add vanilla sugar and sugar. Stir the mixture until smooth. Add the eggs one by one. Stir each egg for about 30 minutes Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix well. Add milk and flour alternately. Next, add the grated chocolate then put the dough into a muffin tray. Use a tray that holds 12 muffins, grease it and dust with flour.

Preheat the oven to:
Top/bottom heat: 180 ° C
Hot air: about 160 ° C
Gas level: 2-3

Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes. Keep an eye on them all the time. If you don’t have a muffin tray, take a normal baking tray and bake one giant muffin. The baking time is then about 1.5 hours. In this case, you should use a toothpick to see if the muffin is done.
