Crepes

Category: dessert
Difficulty/Costs: easy/low
Number of people: 10 (20 St - 2 hrs / person)
Ingredients:
  • 600g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 ml mineral water
  • 6 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 400ml milk

Preparation:

Take in a sufficiently large bowl and sift the flour in. Then add the vanilla sugar. Mix flour and vanilla sugar, then add salt, eggs and oil. Mix everything with a blender. Gradually add milk and water. Now the dough should be smooth and fluid. Let the dough swell about half an hour. Once this is done, melt 10g butter in a shallow pan. As soon as the butter is hot put some dough in with a ladle. Make sure the dough spreads well and is thin like parchment. Bake on both sides until golden-brown. Serve the baked crepes with jam, apple sauce or cinnamon and sugar. Also nougat cream goes well with this dessert. This dessert is prepared in less than 30 minutes. Even kids and unskilled chefs can help here. Caution when working on the stove!
