Green salad

Ingredients:
  • 2 heads green salad
  • herbs
  • yoghurt dressing: 200ml sweet cream, 150g yoghurt, juice 1 lemon or lime, a little balsamic vinegar, salt, white pepper, 2 tablespoons sugar, parsley
  • vinegar-oil dressing: 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 6 tablespoons water 6 tablespoons balsamic, 9 tablespoons oil
  • French dressing: 10 EL yoghurt, each with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons mustard, herbs of your choice

Preparation:

Check the green salad leave by leave and make sure you remove all brown spots. The wash well in a large bowl or sink. Remove the water and leaf tips, then cut into coarse pieces or strips. Clean and wash the herbs, chop and add to the salad. Mix the ingredients with the desired dressing and pour over the salad. If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little milk – but only if you make a yoghurt and French dressing This salad also can be prepared with lettuce or corn salad. Lettuce is an important source of protein and is therefore recommended for all seasons. Lettuce does not last very long. Therefore, it should not be prepared too early.
