Layered fruit salad

Ingredients:
  • drained 3 canned mandarins (each about 175g)
  • 600g cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 apples
  • 600g grapes
  • 12 EL cereal
  • Possibly lemon juice

Preparation:

Provide glasses for the fruit salad. Drain mandarins, collect the juice. Peel the bananas and apples, and cut into slices or pieces. Wash and halve the grapes. Pour lemon juice over bananas and apples, so they do not turn brown. Mix the cream cheese or mascarpone with half of mandarin juice in a blender until smooth. Mix all the fruit in a fruit salad and put it into glasses. Do that layered, alternating cream cheese and fruit Finally, sprinkle with one tablespoon of cereal and enjoy.
