Potato salad

Category: Salad
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 10
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 kg small waxy potatoes
  • 625ml natural yoghurt
  • 625ml buttermilk
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass gherkins
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Pack. TK-8 Herbs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt pepper

Preparation:

First cook potatoes and eggs. Then drain the water. Peel the potatoes and let cool down. Cut cold potatoes into slices. Dice the onions and pickles, slice radishes finely, season with a little salt and pepper, then gently stir. For the dressing: Mix yoghurt, buttermilk, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, herbs, crushed garlic and sugar. Stir well. Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and add to the dressing. Put the potato slices, pieces of cucumber and sliced radishes in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Again, mix well and let rest. Most likely you will need to season the salad again because the potatoes absorb a lot of the spices. As a variation to this salad, you could use peppers as well. The preparation time is about 30 minutes. However, the salad should rest for at least 1 hour to bring out the taste. This salad is ideal for a greater number of people as you can extend the ingredients easily.
