Sausage cheese salad

Ingredients:
  • 1,5kg meatloaf or pork sausage
  • 750 g radish white
  • 7-9 red onions
  • 900 g mountain cheese into slices or Emmentaler
  • 6 tablespoons hot mustard
  • 18 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons Bavarian sweet mustard
  • 1 ½ bunch of chives
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 3 pinches of sugar
  • Pepper salt

Preparation:

In a bowl mix both kinds of mustard, the sugar, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Now peel the onions, cut first in half, the into rings. Next, cut the cheese and sausages into strips. Chop the chives finely and put it all into the dressing.

Put aside for about 15 minutes, then season again if necessary with salt and pepper.

Finally, peel, then cut the radish into the slices and add to the salad before serving.
