Party rolls

Category: Dinner
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 1,200g flour
  • 1.000g Quark
  • 32 tablespoons milk
  • 24 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 100g onions
  • 300g grated cheese
  • 300g ham

Preparation:

Put the flour in a bowl and mix with baking powder. Add the Quark, oil, milk, salt and sugar. Knead the dough well and then add the cheese, ham and fried onions. Knead the dough until it does not stick anymore and is easy to shape. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Shape the dough into little small balls and flatten slightly. Now, wet your hands (it is easier this way) and put 12 rolls on a baking sheet in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Don’t lose sight of your rolls. After 20 minutes, they will start to get golden-brown. From here it takes only a moment for them to be done or burnt. Let them cool on a paper towel for a few minutes Those rolls are delicious and taste like more. However, they are not enough for a meal on its own.
