Hamburger

Category: Grilling
Difficulty/Costs: reasonable/manageable
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 750g minced pork
  • 750g ground turkey
  • 3 medium onions
  • remoulade
  • Green salad
  • cucumber
  • tomato
  • cheese
  • 12 hamburger buns
  • roasted onions
  • Ketchup
  • Mayo

Preparation:

Mix up the mince and season with salt and pepper. If you like your Hamburger rather hot, add some cayenne pepper or chilli powder. Divide the meat into smaller amounts and shape to Burger. Make sure your Burger is not thicker than 1 cm. This time it does not need as long to cook. Place the burger on the grill and fry until brown on both sides. It is important that they are not getting too dry, while at the same time are not raw inside. Be careful with poultry. In the meantime, cut the hamburger buns into half, then wash and cut the cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes. If you want, you can keep the rolls warm in the oven. As soon as the mince is done, put the burgers on the roll and add ingredients to your liking. If you are not sure, who likes what, just put the different ingredients in different bowls, and everybody can help themselves.
