Chopped Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 2 kg minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 old rolls
  • 2 large onions
  • 10 tomatoes
  • Paprika seasoning
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • 1 small can of corn
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Basil

Preparation:

Peel the onions and dice them. Wash, clean and dice the peppers. Soak the bread from the previous day in cold water and let it soak for some time. Remove the peeling from the cheese and dice it. Next, mix the mince with the eggs and the soaked bread Kneaded the mass is properly. Subsequently, add diced onions, diced peppers and cheese cubes and knead it once again.
