Marinated pork chop with vegetables and potatoes

Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 12 Pork chop
  • oil
  • pepper
  • 3 red peppers
  • 3 medium onions
  • mushrooms
  • zucchini
  • 600g cottage cheese
  • 150g sour cream
  • Herbs
  • garlic
  • Salt, sugar
  • 12 large pre-cooked potatoes
  • 400g butter
  • Spice mixture for herb butter

Preparation:

Peel 4 garlic cloves and cut into slices. Then mix with 150ml oil and pepper. Then soak the steaks in the oil and let it rest for at least four hours. Leave covered. When ready, drain the steaks and put on the grill. Season will salt, when they are done. Wash and dice the mushrooms, peppers, onions and zucchini. Put the vegetables on skewers and brush with oil. Fry the veggie skewers on the grill on both sides for 3 minutes. Again, peel and crush 4 cloves garlic. Rub a bowl from the inside with garlic. Add sour cream and cottage cheese in the same bowl and mix well. Chop the herb mixture and mix with the rest. Prepare pieces of foil for the potatoes to wrap up. Then cook them by placing them at the edge of the charcoal. When done, butter them with the herbal mixture, cut into slices and cool. When serving, serve the steaks with the butter. Mix the quark with the potatoes and veggie skewers.
