Meter sandwich with meatballs, crispy bacon salad and remoulade

Ingredients:

  • Approximately 40 strips of bacon
  • For the meatballs:
  • 1 l milk
  • 15 old rolls
  • mixed 2.5 kg minced
  • 15 eggs
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 5 onions
  • 5 tablespoons mustard
  • Thyme, pepper, paprika, salt, cayenne

Preparation:

Preparation for the bacon:
Heat some oil in a pan and add the bacon strips. Fry until crispy. The set side.

The preparation of the meatballs:
