Pancakes

Category: Lunch
Difficulty/Costs: increased / low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 450 g flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1.8 l milk

Preparation:

The preparation of pancakes can be either sweet or savoury depending on how you prefer them. For example, pancakes with jam or cocoa powder are very delicious. However, the preparation of pancakes also has one particular drawback: It takes a lot of time to the bake because you can only put one pancake at the time in the pan.

Put all ingredients, except the butter into a bowl and blend it all together. Make sure the batter is smooth and has no lumps of flour.

Next, heat the butter in a pan and add the batter. This will help when making the pancakes so that they do not stick to the pan. Make sure you leave some of the butter to put on top of the finished pancakes.

Next heat the pan once again and put the dough in using a ladle.

As soon as the pancake is dry on top, you can easily turn them so that it can get brown on the other side as well. Then take the finished pancakes out and repeat the procedure until the dough is used up.
