Pelmeni fried

Ingredients:
  • 900 g spring onions
  • 36 bought ready pelmeni
  • 12 eggs
  • 180 g gherkins
  • Mineral water
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 24 EL from gherkins juice
  • 600 g sour cream
  • sugar
  • olive oil
  • Pepper salt

Preparation:

Cook the pelmeni as stated on the package. Then drain the remaining liquid.

Next, wash the spring onions and cut into rings.

In a pan heat some butter and the olive oil and fry the spring onions.

Beat the eggs with some mineral water, then season it with salt and pepper.

Now add the boiled dumplings, add the onions and fry.

Finally, add the egg mix, stir gently and wait until it thickens.

In the meantime, start with washing and plucking the lettuce into mouth-size pieces.

Now cut the gherkins into small cube and mix with the sour cream, then add a bit of the gherkin juice. Season with sugar, pepper and salt and mix thoroughly.

Bevor serving put the lettuce on plates and add the dressing. Add the dumplings, and you are ready to serve.
