Pilaf

Ingredients:
  • 840g chicken breast
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 2,700 g apricots from the can
  • 960 g rice
  • 360 g margarine
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 600g raisins
  • 12 EL Curry
  • Salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel the onions and garlic cloves and cut into small cubes. Then heat ¼ of the margarine in a pan and add the diced garlic and onions.

Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry, then cut into small cubes as well. Season with curry powder and fry until the meat is almost through.

Just before the meat is finished add the raisins, apricots and add the rice. Next, add the broth and cook it on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Now take the remaining margarine, put it into the pan and season it with salt and pepper.
