Category: Lunch
Sub-Category: Meat dishes
Difficulty/Costs: easy / low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • Approximately 2 kg mixed meat (veal, lamb, beef rump, chicken breast)
  • 750 ml Ketchup
  • 6 red peppers
  • 6 tablespoons hot mustard
  • 9 red onions
  • 7-9 tbsp. oil
  • Pepper salt

For the marinade:

  • 10-12 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons grated ginger (powdered)
  • 13-15 tbsp. paprika
  • 7-9 tbsp. dried thyme

Preparation:

First, cut the meat into equal sized pieces. Next get all the ingredients for the marinade and mix it well, then soak the meat briefly. Now put the marinated meat on skewers and place in a heated pan with oil. Fry the kebabs for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, quarter the peppers, remove the seeds and then cut into equal sized strips. Cut the onions into strips as well. When the meat is done, take it out of the pan and keep it warm.

Now use the pan, where the oil was before. Add the peppers and onion and fry for 3 minutes. Then add 1 l broth, the ketchup, the mustard, and season with salt and pepper and stir the entire time. Now, where you put the meat there, you will see some gravy. Add that to the sauce above as well.

Put the kebabs one more time into the sauce and serve.
