Loin baked with Brie

Ingredients:
  • 3kg pork loin
  • 1.500g mushrooms
  • 3 cup cream
  • 3 (small) cups dry white wine
  • some flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Marjoram
  • Parsley

Preparation:

Wash the fillets and remove all fat and tendons. Then cut into slices, season with salt and pepper. Fry in some fat. After frying put the meat into a wide casserole.
