Foil fish

Ingredients:
  • 15 yellow pepper
  • 5 whole, filleted cod
  • 10 untreated lemons
  • 1 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Bd. Parsley
  • 1 Bd. Basil
  • 1 Bd. Tarragon
  • olive oil
  • Pepper salt

Preparation:

Cut the lemons into slices but do not remove the skin and lay them out at the bottom of a frying pan.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, the peppers into strips and put them on top of the lemons.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and put them on top of the veggies.

Wash the herbs and chop finely. Then sprinkle the herbs and some olive oil over the fish.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Now cover the pan with foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
