Oven meat

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg of pork in cubes
  • 750 g onion diced
  • 2 canned pineapple in cubes
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 glass of tomato peppers
  • 2 canned corn
  • 300 ml Chili Sauce
  • 2 bottles Zigeunersoße
  • 300 g curry sauce
  • 3 cups whipping cream

Preparation:

Preheat the oven the oven to 200 °. Wash the meat thoroughly and then cut into bite-sized cubes. Make sure that they are not too big or too small. The size of goulash cubes will do. Peel the onions and also cut into cubes. Open all the other cans and drained sequentially. Keep the juice of pineapple. Except the cream mix everything vigorously in a pan. For the sauce use only a wooden or plastic spoon to stir. Add the cream, then bake the contents in the oven for about 2.5 hours. This dish goes very well with boiled potatoes.
