Pasta and bean soup with beef

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg soup meat with bones
  • 2 bunches of soup vegetables
  • 2 onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 kg beans
  • 400g vermicelli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Water

Preparation:

Boil a large pot of water, then put in some salt. Wash the meat and bones thoroughly, then put them into the pot. Wash, clean and cut the soup green Put a few pieces of carrots aside. Peel the onions and chop coarsely. Put it all into the pot with the meat. Simmer it all on low heat for 2 hours, skim the foam whenever necessary. Wash, clean and cut the beans into pieces. Now cut the remaining carrots and cook them with the beans in separated salt water. Cook the noodles and drain the water when done. Peel and chop the garlic finely. Remove the bones and tendons from the meat, then cut into cubes. Drain the broth and put the meat and the pasta, beans and tendons to it. Season it with salt and pepper, then garnish is with parsley and chives.
