Quick Chicken Pot

Ingredients:
  • 3 chicken (4-4.5kg) grilled finished
  • 6 medium onions
  • 3 cans mushrooms (aromatic is it with fresh mushrooms)
  • 1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Cut the mushrooms into slices, then peel and crush the garlic. Instead, you could use garlic salt. In a pan, heat a little olive oil, sauté the onions and garlic; then add salt and pepper. Then put it all in a casserole dish. Cut the chicken into small pieces and also add to the baking dish. Put some olive oil on the meat, sprinkle it with herbs and add it to the baking dish as well. Preheat the oven to 175 ° and pour the wine over the chicken. Then bake for 30 minutes. Every now and then put some sauce on the meat to prevent the meat from drying out. Serve the dish with a baguette and fresh salad.
