  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 6 red peppers
  • 6 yellow peppers
  • 12 Pork cutlet 150g
  • Salt pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme
  • 180ml vegetable stock (instant)
  • 6 tsp Paprika Mark (possibly tomato paste)

Preparation:

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into half slices and crush the garlic. Clean and wash the pepper and cut into pieces or strips. Wash the cutlets and pat dry with paper towels. Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry it on both sides for about 3 minutes until brown. When the meat is ready, remove it from the stove and keep warm. Rinse the thyme and pluck off the leaves. Put all the veggies into the fat of the meat and fry for a little while. Then pour in the vegetable stock. Round it off with paprika or tomato paste. Add the thyme leaves and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes with closed lid. Finally, season the vegetables with salt, pepper and other spices and garnish the Schnitzels with it. This dish goes extremely well with rice or pasta. These you can put in extra bowls for everybody to help themselves.
