Potato place

Category: Dinner
Difficulty/Costs: normal / clear
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 2 large baking sheets
  • 4 kg potatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • Caraway seed
  • 3 pots of chives
  • 4 lb. bread dough
  • 3 Pack. Belly slices

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and cook in a large enough pot. Then peel and let cool down a little. The best thing is to get the bread dough from the bakery. It will be delivered ready to use. All you have to do is to put it on a baking dish. Put some oil on the baking paper and dived the dough even. Pull a little at the edges. After the potatoes, have cooled down, mash them in a bowl, then wash and cut the chives. Add the sour cream, eggs, salt and chives to the potatoes then mix well. It does not matter if little clumps remain after the mashing. Just make sure the topping is not too dry. Place the belly slices to the potato mixture. Then let it all rest for 2 hours at a warm place. If you like can preheat the oven at 50 ° C and keep the plates warm in there. Keep the door slightly open. Put the potato and sour cream with the chive egg mixture to the dough and bake at 225 ° C for 30 minutes. Cut all into matching pieces. Bon Appetite! Sourdough is best for this recipe.
