Who is who?

A game for camps, a night time adventure game or simply because...

"Who is who?" was a game thought up for the boy's brigade but can also be played with teens or youth groups. Lots of the people mentioned in the game are not know to this age group which ensure that the game is not "too easy". Further levels of difficulty can be achieved by changing the conditions in the game (limited time, difficult hiding places or at night with a torch etc.).

Material/Game preparations:

  • Enlarge some pictures (difficulty level: the smaller the more difficult to find...)
  • Plastic covers to protect the picture from rain
  • Blue tack or sticky tape
  • A whistle (to stop the game)
  • Bibles for the participants if necessary
  • Enough answer sheets for the players
  • Enough pens for the players

This is how the game works....

Pieces of paper with biblical scenes are stuck to trees (or spread out in the rooms) in the woods (or in a building). The area should be limited so that the players know where they should be looking. The group is split into teams of two players. On the command, they may enter the woods and start looking for the notes. They must find out who is pictured and note down their name next to relevant letter on the answer sheet. When the first team is finished, the game is over (or after a certain amount of time). All participants meet up once the whistle is blown and hand in their answer sheets.

How the game is judged is a question of experience. For example: Correct answer = 5 points, wrong answer = 2 minus points.
