Farmer’s Breakfast

Ingredients:
  • 30 potatoes
  • 24 eggs
  • 24 slices of salami or ham
  • 6 onions
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Butter for the pan

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes best the evening before and peel them after cooling. In the morning slice, them and put them in a bowl. Peel the onions and cut them in half. Then cut into thin slices. Peel and cut into slices the garlic gloves as well. If you have everything prepared so, the pan is placed on the stove until the butter is melted. Then you are out the potatoes to the pan. Bake them until they have a nice colour, then put in the onions, garlic and ham or salami. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour it over it all. As soon as the eggs are done, the farmer’s breakfast is ready to eat. If you want, you can spice it up with zucchini, tomatoes and peppers, and can also be made without sausage.
