Quark cream Dining

Category: Dessert
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 10
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 Pack Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Pack cream stabiliser
  • 500g yoghurt
  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 canned mandarins or 1 large can of peaches
  • 250g Biscuits (shortbread)

Preparation:

First whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stabiliser, then put it aside. Next put the cottage cheese, yoghurt and sugar in a bowl and stir until smooth. Next take the cream out of the fridge and stir it in gently. Make sure that the cream does not collapse. Remove all the liquid from the fruits and mix it to the yoghurt cream mixture. However, if you opt for peaches and apricots make sure you cut them really small. Now put the cookies or sponge fingers in a freezer bag and crumble them with a rolling pin. Next layer all the ingredients into a bowl or glasses. Make sure you start with biscuits and finish with biscuits. This dessert will taste best if prepared on the day before.
