Chicken casserole

Ingredients:
  • 500g chestnut mushrooms
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 6 onions
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • 300ml white wine
  • 3 cups sweet cream
  • 9 sprigs of thyme or rosemary
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 6 pack mashed potato powder
  • Milk

Preparation:

Wash, clean and pat dry the chicken breast. Clean the mushrooms and possibly cut in half. Cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Peel and dice the onion Heat the olive oil in a suitable pan and brown the meat at high temperatures until crisp. Add the garlic, thyme and rosemary. Fry the onion in butter and simmer about 5 minutes. Add the onions to the chicken and stir. Put the mushrooms into the used pan and fry. Put it all into a baking dish and pour the cream over it. Prepare the puree with the milk and stir in the butter. Bake at 200 ° for about 25 minutes.
