Pound pan with lots of vegetables

Ingredients:
  • 500g onions
  • 500g peppers (red and yellow)
  • 500g courgettes
  • 500g mushrooms
  • 500g tomatoes in pieces
  • 600g turkey cutlets
  • 300g pasta
  • Oil for the pan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spice mix (meat seasoning)
  • Fondor
  • Oregano
  • Herbs of Provence

Preparation:

Wash the meat, pat dry and remove all tendons; then dice and put aside. Peel the onions, dice and fry in hot oil. When done add the meat and fry together. Wash and peel the zucchini and dice as well. Place in a bowl and set aside. Do the same with the pepper. Drain the juice from the mushrooms or clean and slice. Add the mushrooms peppers, zucchini and tomatoes to the meat and onions. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, herbs de Provence and Fondor. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Fry the meat and veggies for about 10 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta and leave it for another 5 minutes.
