Spareribs

Ingredients:
  • 6 kg spareribs
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 3 cups ketchup
  • 1.5 cups of liquid honey
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Tabasco

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and heat by low temperature 25 to 30 minutes. Preheat the oven the oven to 150 °. Wash the ribs thoroughly and remove all residues. With a sharp knife and split the ribs into portions. Generally, cut every bone 3 to 4x. This is a good size and makes them easy to eat. Brush the ribs with the sauce and wrap in foil. Then put them on the grill or baking sheet. Make sure the foil is thoroughly closed so that you do not lose the moisture or gravy. Cook the meat for 2 – 2.5 hours. Serve with potato or pasta salad. Rolls and baguettes also go well with it.
