The paper jet/aeroplane

The paper jet/aeroplane

This paper plane always flies. The paper plane is unimaginably quick and simple to fold. A paper –plane competition can be started in no time at all.

Which paper plane flies the furthest?
Which paper plane is air-bound the longest?
Which paper-plane can fly to a particular target?

There should really be people who, make paper-planes, climb to the top of the Eifel tower, and see for how long and to where the planes fly. However the 1st floor of an apartment block or a small hill will do!

 The paper jet/aeroplane

  • Fold a sheet of A4 paper lengthways down the middle and then open it up again.
  • At the top edge of the paper, fold both corners into the middle.
  • Then fold these edges a second time towards the middle.
  • And last but not least fold these edges again in towards the middle.
  • Then fold the plane at the centre and fold the wings over upwards or downwards.
  • Finished.
