A program tip for August

The prerequisite for this group program are several available skaters, however, at least 2 and of course, ideally each kid has his own skateboard as well.

Skills:

These skills and characteristics can be learned while skating: balancing, dexterity, physical strength, responsiveness, risk-taking, collaboration.

Hazards:

This depends on where you go. To avoid injuries, you should make sure everybody wears a helmet as well as elbow-, knee- and hand pads, if you go to a half pipe. In games where the skateboard is used for the means of rolling or transporting on a flat surface you don’t need all that protective gear.
