For this wooden head key ring you need the following things:

Leather band for hanging up
Wooden marble as the head
Wooden button for the nose
Felt or leather for the feet or hair.
Key ring
Felt-tips for the face
Adhesives

The rest is explicit from the picture. Draw a face, stick on wooden button as a nose, cut hair and feet out of the felt or leather and stick them on. Attach the leather band to the key ring and insert into the wooden marble (i.e. drill a hole) and cover it up with adhesive.
