Art thieves in Art City

Several art thieves have robbed the town’s art museum and have stolen the pictures of various artists. Now they want to bring them to a dealer to sell them. However the police already have a lead and are on the trail of the gangsters.

Rules

  • Each gangster receives a band representing one “life”
  • The gangsters must try to bring their pictures to the dealer to sell them.
  • The life bands can be stolen on the way from the hideout to the dealer by the police or by the members of other gangs.
  • If the gangster loses his life band he must hand over all of the money and pictures in his possession to the attacker.
  • A new life band can be collected in the hideout.
  • The various artists have, depending on the dealer’s requirements, a different value which constantly changes throughout the game.

Pictures

There are pictures from 3 different artists. The dealer owns a quantity of x/y/z pictures from the 3 artists: These are:

x = y = z ; x =500 $ ; y =500 $ ; z =500 $

x > y > z ; x =750 $ ; y =500 $ ; z =250 $

x < y = z ; x =500 $ ; y =750 $ ; z =750 $

x > y = z ; x =750 $ ; y =500 $ ; z =500 $

Members of staff:

  • 1 staff per group
  • 1 dealer
  • 2 policemen

Material:

  • Life bands
  • Money notes
  • Pictures from different artists
