Breakfast Power Drink

Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 oranges
  • 3 apples
  • 2 lemons
  • 75 g sugar
  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 2:25 litre of orange juice
  • 3 carrots

Preparation:

Peel all fruit and carrots well, wash if necessary and cut into large pieces. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze. Make sure that no seeds fall into the juice. Next, put everything in a mixing bowl and mash with a hand blender. Add the sugar and the lemon juice and mix with a hand blender. Add the rolled oats and stir again. Then slowly pour the orange juice in, while stirring constantly. Put the drink in the fridge for a little while. In the meantime, cut the oranges into thin slices. This should serve as decoration for the glasses. Either fill up 12 glasses or put a jug with the juice on the Breakfast table Be aware, really ripe bananas contain a lot more sugar. The drink should not be too sweet.
