Category: Breakfast
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 10
Ingredients:
  • 300g wheat flour
  • 270ml warm water
  • 20g fresh yeast
  • 700g wheat flour
  • 280ml water
  • 40g butter or margarine
  • 20g salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:

Mix the flour, with the yeast and 270ml lukewarm water together and prepare a yeast dough. The yeast must first be dissolved in water and then it is ready to be mixed with the flour. Knead it all to a nice dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 mins in a warm place. Then add the remaining ingredients to the dough and knead thoroughly. Again, let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Later divide into 20 parts and shape into rolls. Leave the rolls to rise. Bake in preheated oven at 250 ° C for about 10 minutes. With a spray bottle splash water in the oven. Once the crust is golden brown, reduce the temperature to 200 ° C. The rolls are baked ready within 20 minutes. If you like, poppy, sesame, pumpkin or sunflower seeds can put them on top of the rolls or work them into the dough.
