Cheese salami crackers

Category: Buffet
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 36 TUC crackers
  • 8 slices of Gouda
  • 80 g spring onions
  • 200 g salami
  • 360 g Boursin

Preparation:

Breakfast without cheese salami crackers is an empty buffet. These crackers are a hit at any party. Those crackers are simple to prepare and are not time-consuming at all.

Whether you decide ultimately for mild or hot mini salamis is up to you. First, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

In the meantime, put Boursin on your crackers and put them on a baking tray.

Now wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Sprinkle them over the crackers. Next add the salami slices, then cut the Gouda into pieces and add to the salami.

Put your crackers in the oven and bake on the middle rack for 5 minutes.

After they are baked, you will find the crackers break easily. Use a spatula to remove them from the tray, then serve warm, for best taste.
