Apple tart with marzipan

Ingredients:
  • 250 g flour
  • 175g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 sweet apples
  • lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons applesauce
  • 200g marzipan
  • powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Preparation:

Sieve the flour into a bowl, to avoid lumps. Add the butter by crumpling it in. Stir in the sugar and Mix until the dough has a consistency similar to grated cheese. Add the egg to the mixture and knead into a stiff dough. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Peel the apples and cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. Mix with the raisins and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grate the marzipan coarsely. Roll out the dough and place it into a cake tin. Make sure the rolled-out dough is 4cm wider than the cake tin. Layer the dough with apple sauce; then sprinkle with the apple-raisin mixture. The marzipan can go into the filling as well as on top. bake at 175 ° C for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with a little sugar.
