Covered fruit salad

Category: Salad
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 1.500g low-fat quark
  • 3 cups sweet cream
  • Fruit needs and tastes (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • Something sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 3 Pack brittle (you can also take muesli)
  • 3 bags almonds
  • to garnish fruit

Preparation:

Wash, peel and remove the stone from the fruit. Cut the fruit into cubes and place in a baking dish or a bowl. Put the low-fat cheese in another bowl and add the cream. Stir until smooth. However, the curd should be creamy and not liquid. Therefore, it is important to add the right amount of cream. If needed sweeten the quark-cream sauce once again. Depending on whether you serve the fruit salad in a bowl or small glasses, you should divide the fruit now. If you use apples and bananas, make sure you sprinkle some lemon juice on top. That will prevent them from getting brown. Put the quark on top of the fruit, mix the almonds, brittle (muesli) well, then sprinkle over the cheese. Make it a thick layer so that you can’t see the Quark anymore.
