Cream-Cheesecake

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 130g sugar
  • 1 pt. Vanilla sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 50g cornflour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200g sugar
  • Ground lemon peel
  • 250ml milk
  • 7 sheets of gelatine
  • 500g low-fat quark
  • 500g cream
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Then add flour, starch and baking powder and stir gently. Put the dough into a cake tin and bake at 180 ° C for 20 to 25 minutes. Then let cool Soak the gelatine in cold water. For the filling mix egg yolks, lemon skin, sugar and milk. Heat over medium heat. Stir constantly. When the dough starts to thicken, remove the water from the gelatine. Then dissolve it in the dough. Put the dough through a sieve, so you avoid any lumps. Once the mass has cooled down, stir in low-fat quark and whip the cream. Add the whipped cream. Then half a biscuit and fill with the mass. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
