Rice pudding

Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 900 g rice pudding
  • 3 vanilla pods
  • 4.5 l milk
  • 1 ½ sticks
  • salt
  • 150 g sugar

Preparation:

Take a pot and pour in the milk and rice; a little salt, sugar and the cinnamon sticks. Bring it all to the boil slowly, take it off the stove and grate in the vanilla. Then put it back and cook the rice pudding for about 20 minutes. Make sure you frequently stir so that your pudding does not get burnt.

When finished, take out the cinnamon- and vanilla sticks and served the rice pudding hot in small bowls.

Garnish with seasonal fruit.
