Greek shepherd salad

Ingredients:
  • 3 heads green salad
  • 6 peppers (like mixed)
  • 18 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 medium onions
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 300g black olives
  • 600g feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation:

Remove the stalk from the lettuce, then dismantle into individual leaves. Wash the leaves and dry. Have a large bowl ready and pluck the salad into bite size pieces. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and skin inside. Wash and then cut into strips. Wash tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and halve the cucumber lengthwise and then cut into thin slices. Drain the olives and remove the stone, and cut the cheese into cubes. Add all ingredients to the salad and mix well For the dressing use vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well until the salt has completely dissolved. Add the oil and pour the dressing over the salad just before serving it.
