If the gravy is too stiff, water it down with a little cucumber water. The salad will taste better for it. The sausage salad is quick and easy to prepare. However, since the ingredients have to be cut, it is advisable to supervise children closely. Sausage salad blends perfectly with the dinner, he can be but well lubricated on bread. Leftovers can be offered for breakfast. Since the salad is prepared quickly, you can use leftovers for it as well. Or you use salami, ham or other meaty ingredients for your meat salad. As a variation, you can replace the mayonnaise with low-fat yoghurt. This will make the gravy much smoother.
