Quark-filled tri angles

Ingredients:
  • 300g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 560ml milk
  • 375g cottage cheese
  • 60g sugar
  • 3 Pack vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • raisins

Preparation:

You can prepare the dough long before baking. For the dough mix the flour, oil, egg, and half of the milk. Gradually add the remaining milk and stir it in. The dough should be thin. Put the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. Heat up some oil in a pan. Put the dough in with a ladle. Spread it evenly in the pan. When the dough gets more solid, bake it on the other side as well. For the Quark filling mix the quark, 60g sugar, 3pck. Vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons milk, 2 egg yolks and raisins together. Put the finished pancakes on a plate, put the filling in the middle and fold the edges down. The bake it for about 30 minutes, until golden brown, pour some butter over it and serve.
