Bean Salad

Ingredients:
  • 2,250 g beans green
  • 3 onions
  • 600 g celery
  • 8-10 El white wine vinegar
  • chopped 6 tablespoons walnut kernels
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mustard gross
  • 6 tsp sugar
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 3 bunch of parsley

Preparation:

First, peel the onions and cut into strips. Then wash the beans. Put it all into salted water for boil for 8 minutes. Rinse well afterwards.

Next, wash the celery and cut it into slices as well.

In a bowl mix the mustard, sugar, vinegar, pepper, salt and oil; then soak for 20 minutes.

Chop the parsley coarsely and mix into the salad. If needed season again before serving.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Good Appetite.
