Greek salad

Ingredients:
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 3 onions
  • 3 packs sheep's cheese
  • Pepper salt
  • oil
  • 18 tomatoes
  • 3 large heads of lettuce
  • Lemon juice or vinegar
  • some spices

Preparation:

The Greek salad is one of the most popular supplements that you can cook for dinner or as a snack. He can be varied arbitrarily and is still relatively quick to prepare.

First, wash all the veggies, then cut them into small cubes and put into a large bowl. Then cut the feta cheese and put over the salad.

Next chop the onion finely and prepare a dressing with the vinegar or lemon juice, the spices and finally season with salt and pepper. The ratio of vinegar to oil should be 1:4.

Now put your homemade salad dressing over the veggies, mix well and serve.
