Greek salad

Ingredients:
  • 6 radishes
  • 6 peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 6 zucchini
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cans kidney beans
  • 3 canned corn
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Oil, vinegar, sweetener, dill and lettuce herbs from the bag for the dressing

Preparation:

First, grate the carrots and radishes coarsely. Cut the zucchini and cucumber into slices. Cut the peppers into large pieces, then into cubes. Theo onions cut into rings. Then mix all ingredients well with the kidney beans and corn.

Crush the garlic and add as well.

For the marinade use the remaining ingredients, season once again and pour over the salad. Then mix thoroughly.

This salad is particularly suitable for the grilling season. Alternatively, you can add diced feta cheese, then serve with flat bread or a baguette.
