Yoghurt dessert

Category: Dessert
Difficulty/Costs: simple/low
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 1.500g natural yoghurt
  • 360g sugar
  • 3 Pack. Vanilla sugar
  • 6 cups whipping cream
  • 750g mixed fruit (TK) alternatives are possible
  • Possibly. Sugar for sprinkling
  • Lemon to decorate

Preparation:

Mix the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar well with each other. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yoghurt mass. Put a tea towel into a sieve – make sure it is big enough, for the entire yoghurt mass to fit in. Line a sieve with a tea towel - paying attention to the size; the yoghurt mass has to fit into it. Put the sieve into an even greater bowl, pour in the yoghurt mass and let it rest overnight. Put the mass on a plate before serving and garnish with fruit. This can be either fresh fruit as well as for frozen fruit. Potentially, you can also boil the fruit and offer it as red fruit jelly. To be on the safe side, take an average of fruits so that there is something for everyone.
