Grill mushrooms

Category: Grilling
Difficulty/Costs: Reasonable/manageable
Number of people: 12
Ingredients:
  • 1,500 grammes of mushrooms (even collected or purchased)
  • 300 g hazelnuts (ground or whole for even grind)
  • 450g cream cheese
  • 9 tbsp. parsley
  • Parmesan

Preparation:

Remove the stem and all worm infestation from the mushrooms. Then clean with a fine brush or a kitchen towel. It is important to note, never to wash the mushrooms with water, as these absorb water like a sponge. With the nuts, it is best to buy them already grounded. If you collect them yourself, you have to ground them. Then mix them with the cream cheese. Now you have to be really gentle, whey putting the mass on the upside down turned mushrooms. They easily break. To avoid any damage to the mushrooms, it is best to work with a spoon. If you have prepared the mushrooms, they are placed on the grill until they are fried, and the topping is melted. Once the mushrooms were taken from the grill, sprinkle with parmesan and decorate with parsley. Bon Appetite! This recipe is particularly suitable for people who like to collect their ingredients themselves. If you want cream cheese with herbs, you can buy fresh cheese and add the herbs yourself. This way, you will know for sure that the herbs are fresh and you can enjoy the much more intense flavour.
