Quark Stock bread

Ingredients:	1.5 kg flour 750 g Quark 24 tablespoons oil 24 tablespoons milk 6 tsp salt 6 eggs

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until you get a smooth dough.

Place the dough on a stick or form it into “oval rolls” like the ones used for a Hot Dog.

If you manage to get the dough on a stick, you can fry it briefly on the open fire.
